Spring Giveaway!!!!

In honor of all the fun I have been having on this here blog, and in honor of the first signs of Spring that I thought would never come, I am hosting my first ever giveaway for you, the lovely readers of this blog! One lucky reader will receive a Spring inspired package in the mail from me!

I would like to say that I only buy handmade off places like Etsy, but sometimes a girl has to get her Pottery Barn fix. Recently while browsing in Pottery Barn, I saw these amazing vintage inpsired Easter decorations. I will tell you about all of them, then tell you how to enter the giveaway at the bottom of the post.

Here is the whole set for the giveaway. The set includes three wood plaques inspired by 1950s Easter postcards. (I guess people sent Easter postcards in the 50s? Weird! Awesome!) The set also includes three painted paper egg ornaments and my personal favorite....four glittery decoupage egg ornaments with more vintage Easter images. I had to get some of the decoupage eggs for myself. I plan to string them over twine and drape them over my mantle.Below is a closeup of one of the plaques inspired by 1950s postcards. You can't tell in the pictures, but there is a hint of glitter on each of these plaques too.
Below is a closeup of one of the decoupage eggs. (My favorites)

Below is a shot of all four decoupage glittery eggs.

Below is a closeup of all three painted paper eggs.

HERE'S HOW TO ENTER:
In the comments section, tell me one reason why you are looking forward to Spring!
That's all!
Deadline to enter is Sunday before noon. A winner will be randomly selected on Sunday, and hopefully announced by Sunday night! Then I will contact the winner to get their mailing address!
P.S. If you are a "lurker" of my blog, please don't be afraid to let yourself be known!
Happy Spring!!!

Hi! I found you from Cakies too! I am crazy about those decoupage eggs - so neat. Ahhh where to start with spring - I guess I am really forward to opening my windows and letting the fresh (and still slightly chilly) air flow through the apartment. That's one of my favorite things - breath in fresh air and get that winter stagnancy out!

because wearing pants and shoes all winter feels like punishment from global weather patterns. but spring means shorts, sandals, and sun, (at least here in Albuquerque) and who doesn't love that.

(just posting, you don't have to send me that stuff. bet you didn't know your little brother read this blog from time to time! i like to see my little nieces.)

Those eggs are wonderful! I look forward to spring because I get to enjoy flowers and beautiful weather and the sounds of birds chirping in the morning. I treasure this breif period before summer... summers in the desert are very hot!

I came across your blog some time back. I did a google search on mom blogs in Indiana. I live in Indiana as well. I enjoy reading your blog very much! I am looking forward to spring for the warmer weather, longer days and being able to take my kids outside without 10 layers of clothing. Thanks for posting this giveaway! The glittery eggs are adorable.

my favorite thing about spring is that love REALLY feels like it's in the air...
