This weekend, Faye and Beth (my mother-in-law and sister-in-law), traveled North to view my father-in-law's headstone that was recently placed. Matthew and I really wanted to go, but Avery had her last soccer game today, so we couldn't make the trip. This is a picture of what our niece, Sarah, did when she saw the stone. She is a week away from turning six.
Our girls may have only had Grandpa for a short time, but he left a mark on each and every one of them. He may not be with us, but his spirit lives on and our love for him never dies, even in the smallest of hearts. We love you, Grandpa Terry. We miss you dearly and think of you each day.
