Week 2

Well, folks, it has been one week since I bravely went where most women never go by posting my weight on the Internet. In one week I have learned that the world doesn't end if your weight is public knowledge and that I tend to fantasize about shoes while working out. After one week I have lost 2.5 lbs. I wish it were more, but any amount is good at this point, I suppose. I am more proud that I worked out for a solid week (and liked it) for the very first time in my whole life. Goals for next week would be to eat less carbs, drink more water, and to continue working out all week.
